- 200 ml tap water
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 10 ml good wine vinegar
- 1 Pinch salt

- 150 gr chopped macaroni or any short shaped hollow pasta
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 500 gr feta cheese (preferably goat’s feta cheese)

- 100 gr cornflour to help you spread the phyllo bough

- Start with the phyllo dough. Mix flour, salt, water, olive oil and vinegar in a large bowl and knead until nice and soft. Cover and set aside to rest.
- Boil the pasta in plenty of water generously salted for 6-7 minutes. Drain and put back in the pot.
- Add the milk, the eggs slightly beaten and the feta cheese in large chunks. Break the feta into chunks using your hands. Give them a good stir. Set aside.
